Both Amazon and Hachette.fr (publisher) capitalize only the chef/author's name: Ricardo, un québécois dans votre cuisine. Please note the use of the author's name as part of the title. According to Amazon, the format is paperback for this ISBN, and both Amazon and the publisher site show the page count at 272.

According to WorldCat and National Library and Archives of Quebec: La mijoteuse : de la lasagne à la crème brûlée, which is the same as the Goodreads listing.
