I have read that others received emails from the publishers and the subsequent delivery of their books, but I have yet to hear anything back, including any replies to my recent emails to the Book Fairies...
Does anyone have recent information, or is in the same boat as I am? Is there still a chance that it will arrive to Ireland?

I realized much later that there was another mail from DHL asking me to confirm my address and some other stuff. It was kind of lost in my huge inbox. You could try looking up in your inbox, among other things (try searching for sendsuitelive@harpercollins.com in your inbox, I had got the mail from them). Hope this helps.

I never received my copy. I’ve been on the lookout for weeks now and I’ve just searched through my entire junk section in my emails and no email received. I’m so sad. Hopefully it arrives but I’m worried I’ve missed something. :(

I also did not receive my book, but an email came from DHL saying that my package arrived on November 22, but so far it has not arrived. I do not know what is happening. I have also sent some emails to DHL but I have no answer. Does anyone know any other way so I can contact them? :/

Hi! Just wondering if you had any luck contacting Harper Collins or DHL, or even better, if you received your book? I'm kind of giving up hope of ever seeing my copy at this stage, which is sad.

Hi Lorraine!

I have heard nothing in a while now, I have no information with which to contact Harper Collins or DHL, so I am waiting to hear back from Cordelia who is meant to following up on this for me. Seems like nothing is happening with it for a while now, but Jo from Our Shared Shelf got in touch with me, and has apparently heard from Cordelia that it is being followed up on, but I have no further information on it.
Keep emailing and asking questions, its kind of all we can do!

Have you checked in your local sorting office?
If it says it has arrived it quite often says "handed to resident" or "left with neighbour" or "Taken to the sorting office" - it's worth checking.

It might also be worth calling DHL, you'll probably get a lot further when talking to someone rather than emailing :)
