I found a couple more audio editions to add to the one you provided:

» ASIN B0716J64DF, AudibleAudio edition; cover source: Amazon

Audible.com is indeed an acceptable site for cover and data. The AudibleAudio edition has an ASIN identifier rather than an ISBN, however.
