Pirated books being offered in a group?

Is there a way to remove a post to a group and have someone blocked? There is a pirate copy of Diane Capri's Jack the Reaper being offered in a group. This file most likely contains a virus, but I can't find a way to delete the post.... Any help, suggestions or tips are greatly appreciated.
