Have a great October, Lieke! I read and liked A Natural History of Dragons. It was a slower paced book but enjoyable.
I wasn't enjoying my current books so I decided to read Dead in the Family by Charlaine Harris first. Not sure if it was really better then the last book or that it just was more enjoyable then my other books, but I liked the book a lot.
Ooh, I've been thinking of reading A Natural History of Dragons. Looking forward to seeing what you think!

I will write here what I think of the book. Good to see you around again :)
Forgot to mention it here, but I finished a series. I read Wolfsblad voor altijd by Jennifer Fallon. I enjoyed this series a lot, have to look out for other books by her.I'm now reading Vermogen en Wijsheid by Robin Hobb, I will finish this later today. It is on my list of books I read, but I can't remember anything from this book.... Now I'm wondering if I actually read it or just thought I had read it....
I finished rereading Vermogen en Wijsheid by Robin Hobb and I'm still questioning if I ever read the book before... Because it was a good book and I didn't remember anything. This morning I finished reading Hex by Thomas Olde Heuvelt, for a group challenge. Not my kind of book, but now it is finally of my TBR (I bought it at the release party in 2013...)
This weekend I read two thin books:Kattensoep this book I received for free when I bought some books during the Dutch Children's book week. A funny children's story.
And De jacht op het schaduwdier a novella by John Flanagan in the Ranger's Apprentice series, and it only has been published in Dutch (for now).
It is another good reading month :)I like reading diverse so I don't get "bored" by a genre, but fantasy is my favorite and I definitely liked those books the most this month.
I finished A Natural History of Dragons by Marie Brennan. The beginning was lacking some emotion but it is also the way of writing (it is written as a memoir). But I liked the book and it defenitely got better during the book. So hopefully the next books will be even better.
