Can you delete a negative review?

While I can assure you that users do have the ability to rate something with one star if they choose to, this is not an issue for the librarian's group, as we have no control over site functionality, etc.

Concerns about specific users or reviews are best handled via the contact link, as specifying users like that in any of the official groups is not allowed.
