Seeking Advice on my Beta Reader Exchange Service

I'm seeking early adopters (authors and beta readers) for a beta reader exchange service that I'm building.

This service will:
• Provide an easy way for authors to get quality feedback and perform market research quickly
• Provide beta readers a way to get paid for what they love (reading!)
