Merging

Hello,

I tried to add my upcoming release and thought I wasn't being successful, until I realized I'd added it five times! One version has the subtitle and cover, so I made that the default edition for now. How do I merge them into one entry as I really have only one edition? I tried the librarian manual, but the instructions didn't seem to get me the right result. Can this be done by someone for me? Or can someone guide me through this process?
