I'm going to try and do that too and have some books planned... it's going to be hard to narrow it down to just 26 books!

Some of the topics are quite difficult mind, without doing rereads anyway. I've got a Kelley Armstrong book for nearly all the ones I struggled with 😂

I'm really loose about the rules and care more about the fun. If you want to include re-reads all the power in the world to you.

Super! I have that problem where I have 300 unread books on the shelves but I'll go back and reread something instead... it's a sickness.

Malazan, Harry potter, Locke Lamora and ASOIAF all have alchemy. Or just do The Alchemist which people tend to either love or hate. I read it at a time where it's message spoke to me so I loved it. I'm not religious but I am spiritual.

For Harbinger are you viewing that just as prophecy? If so the count is limitless. Nevernight, Wheel of Time, Lord of the Rings, Malazan........

For what it's worth, I think the original H was Horror, but I changed it because that's not my jam. You could use that instead if you wanted :)
