Joni Dee | 30 comments Hi guys,
I've coordinated this message with Vince.

I wanted to make you aware of a new platform to get free books (eBooks and Paperbacks). BookGobbler is essentially like NetGalley, we give free books from authors , in return to reviews.
The differences are:
(1) We are 100% free for authors as well, so unknown authors can get exposure too - we also keep a min of 20% of all giveaways for indie authors.
(2) We raffle paperbacks much like goodreads.

For book lovers who generally write reviews, there's really no downside. Would love it if you can find the time to take a look since we are a free service, really "word of mouth" is our only way to gain new users and new authors

Thanks!
Joni

Pleasure! I did asked permission from Vince as some people are touchy in regards to what they consider "promos" but I'm glad people here have an open mind enough to try us out!

Joni Dee | 30 comments fyi, there's no need to register to the website, for the paperback only giveaways - these are open to all to enter http://bookgobbler.com/current-giveaw...

Joni Dee | 30 comments I'm doing my best to keep this topic alive so that people manage to see it, but I'd like your help. If you have questions/suggestion regarding this service I'd love to hear from you. Authors/Readers all the same.

thanks

Cheers Justin, the more authors involved the more readers will flock. And I'm also looking for regular bloggers to review, with links to their blogs of course, so they can profit some traffic from this.

Joni Dee | 30 comments We've partially solved the fact that KDP Select doesn't allow external eBook giveaways.

Authors can now list a Paperback Giveaway only, and readers can tic "contact me if eBook for Review is available". In this option we refer the author to the reader directly, and remove ourselves as intermediaries, which makes is legit, KDP-wise.

check it out please at http://bookgobbler.com
