I am honestly a bit shocked. I am not against diversity. But books/authors promoting incest iand writing about it in the form of erotica? Is there no sort of limit to what is allowed here? Whats next a cannibals slef written cookbook?

This isn't the correct forum for debating what is & isn't allowed on Goodreads. Librarians are volunteers who do the book cataloguing & stuff like that. You could try Feedback https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/1 (I will mention that debate is pretty robust in there) or you could email support AT goodreads DOT com.
