change of pagenumber

I,m about to read a book. On Goodreads it says it is 268 pages and there is only the one edition.

I have gotten the book from Amazon where it says the book is 424 pages.

As I do challenges which is about page number I would like to know the right one please.

I've combined the existing Kindle and paperback edition, and added the large print addition.
