Default Book change to English

The default edition is determined by the number of people that have shelved/rated a specific edition. Librarians can't change which edition is the default.

I checked and the Arabic version is shelved fewer times than the English one, so I don't understand why it is the default. I refreshed the stats but I don't know if that helps.

@Bumi: As Arenda said, this is not something librarians can change.
