Not really. I have enjoyed audio books in the past. My main problem with them is that I can read so much faster than listen. And, I like something different from all of the multimedia I consume.

Jim Lyon (jimlyon) | 83 comments Audiobooks are not for everyone, but a sizable number of people prefer them to ebooks or print books. Either they simply process information easier in that medium, are visually impaired, or want to be entertained while driving or performing tasks that don't require their full attention. So, if authors want to reach the entire audience for their books, they might want to consider publishing an audio edition.

Greg Since I have a daily commute, I hace a good amount of daily free audiobook time. So it definitely is a bonus for me when an audiobook is available - I'm much more likely to read a book quickly if it has an audio format option.
