Thank you Carole, for being available to share your experiences and knowledge as well as finding opportunities for us to support each other! I appreciate your willingness to include the members of our group in your promotions. I felt completely lost as a new indie author until you reached out to me. Your kindness has encouraged me to find ways to welcome and help other authors.
Thank you Julie, for all of your help with Navigating Indieworld to help make this group and its events a success and wonderful experience for all of us!
Thank you R.L., for your awesome work with the magazine! What a great way to showcase our talent!
I have a lot more, but need to get some other things done tonight. I will write more tomorrow. Feel free to chime in with thank you notes to group members who have done something special for you!
Thank you Erica, for tirelessly promoting other authors on your social media and for always being available to lend a hand.
Thank you Ben Jackson, for conducting indie author interviews and promoting them on your webpage!
Thank you Alex, for being so welcoming to group members, sharing your experiences in publishing and marketing, and always being willing to help promote other author's books in any way you can!
Thank you Amy, for welcoming new members, offering advice, and sharing the promotions, successes and articles of other authors on your social media sites!
I have to say this group is as dear to me as my family. I can be busy and all of a sudden feel the need to check on my "web family." The kids put it on my phone so that I can constantly see what's going on.

As well as thanking everyone for everything they do on here, the website, the magazine, the interviews and sharing all the posts: I have to thank Alex for listening to me whine and putting up with my constant emails.CL for casting an eye over my second book before I threw it out there.
Carole, thank you for being amazing. I have no idea how you manage to fit it all into one day. I suspect you have longer days in the US or you just don't sleep! Thank you for all your advice and support and for reading my work and the reviews and everything else.
Alex wrote: "I see no whining in your emails, just someone who needs to share when things aren't going so great, and we're all like that. I'm happy to listen and give advice, or even just to listen. Besides, you nearly always have something amusing or interesting to say so I'm happy to get your emails."That very kind of you to say. I can be very repetitive when I feel I'm hitting my head against a brick wall or if things are 'pending' ugh.
Thank you Brittney, for all of the behind the scenes work you do making flyers, helping promote our group activities, and for everything else you do that many of us do not even know about!
I would like to join the other authors in thanking everyone who is so encouraging in this group. There are too many to list, and even if I tried, I know I would miss many of you. If you have ever offered a kind word of encouragement, congrats, or even a simple *hug*, thank you. It takes everyone of you to make this group a family. :)
She is pretty awesome and unfortunately the behind the scenes people don't always get the recognition they deserve. I know she isn't in it for that, but I want her to know how appreciated she is. :)
This is nice. I feel like I know all of you. Even though I don't always comment, I always read posts and have learned so much. Thanks for that!
Someone told me there are lots of people who read the comments, so it's nice to know we have a wider reach than we think.
We do love to hear from everybody, though. The more the merrier!!

Thank you to Carole and everyone in this group for being so inclusive and helpful to newbies like me. Much appreciated!!
I wish there was a 'like' button so I could 'like' all the comments in this thread! I have learned so much from this group. Thank you!
Thank you everyone for the kind words. I'm just getting enough internet now to check on emails etc.l, after one of the scariest weekends of my life. It opens your eyes to what's important and what you give your time to and makes you wonder if it's worth it. I don't have any regrets for what I have done, do, or plan to do when it comes to us indies and getting our names and books out there. In fact it makes me want to work harder. I want to thank you all for the sharing, the tweeting and the encouragement when days get hard and we all want to quit.
Thank you for fighting everyday to leave your mark on the world and getting your amazing stories out. There are people living in the "what ifs", but we did/do it everyday. So never quit, give up, or feel inadequate. Keep fighting the good fight and cherish every moment you have to follow your dreams.
Going to take a loooong nap after this sleepless ordeal. Love you all. Xoxo

I am glad to hear you are ok R.L.! Thank you for letting us know. I hope you are able to get some much needed rest.
Thank you, Angel Chadwick for sharing, liking and commenting on social media posts! What a great way to share your support and help boost visibility of a post. :)

It keeps my Facebook page from being totally dead to rites at times. You are so pure of heart. The world needs more like you.

Thank you, Carole! For being the head mistress of this school of hard rockin' indies. You're a Goddess!
Alex wrote: "Good of you to bring up Brittney, Erica, we don't see her often but she does a valuable job that helps all of us, even though she is Carole's assistant."Thank you, Alex for being so open with us. Your realness and vulnerability speaks volumes about the enduring human spirit.
Amy wrote: "Alex wrote: "I see no whining in your emails, just someone who needs to share when things aren't going so great, and we're all like that. You are too cool for this world!
Thanks to C.L. Lynch for being such an awesome beta reader and being both brutally honest when looking over my weird stuff of Willa Wonka Chocolate factory proportions and constructive and unflinching at the same time. Thanks for your time, advice, suggestions and consideration!
This is an amazing group.
"From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remembered-
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;"
It is a lot like a brotherhood- and sometimes it does feel like we are all in the trenches together.

Christine wrote: "I wish there was a 'like' button so I could 'like' all the comments in this thread! I have learned so much from this group. Thank you!"I feel exactly the same way!
Thank you for accepting me into this group!
Huge Hugs all around!
There is an alternative to a 'like' button which can be very helpful to all these lovely people who help us out so well and that is to seek out the reviews they leave on Amazon and if you find their reviews 'helpful', press the helpful button.Rather overused the word 'helpful' above, haven't I? Hint, hint.
Or ask them to become your friends so that you know what they're doing and which buttons to press...
What an amazing idea for a thread! Thank you Erica for taking the time to start this and thank everyone. And for always being so encouraging!Thank you Carole for all the hard word you put in to helping everybody.
Thank you R.L. for the incredible work you do, with the magazine and in everything else you do.
Thank you Julie for everything you put into Navigating Indieworld and beyond to help us.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this group to make it the wonderful, friendly, and invaluable place it is. You are all awesome!
R.L. - I can't turn the pages so, as suggested by you last time (which helped) I've brought up the thumbnails but they only go as far as page 9.Is it me? Sigh.
I'm always up for interviewing authors if you'd like to be featured on my site www.kaymacleodbooks.com Are you interested CeDany?
So sorry Anna been a busy week with getting back to school after Hurricane and haven’t been on as much. Glad the gang was able to help out in my absence. Xoxox
