Which part of England are you from?

Only once so far - when I was little I came to... Boston! Don't remember much other than a pinball machine in the hotel lobby but I was very young!

Just looked up your book on Amazon and bought it. Looking forward to reading it.

Nancy | 2838 comments I had a peek at your blog and wasn't even aware there was a gay bookstore left in Boston. I remember Glad Day in the South End and New Words a women's bookstore in Cambridge.

I'll have to wait to get home before I listen to "The Manor".

How long have you been living in Boston?

I've been reading the excerpt of FAG on Amazon and can't wait to read it now. I have to wait till I get a check in the post tho.

It looks like you've had a lot ..."

I struggle to read nowadays (time not eyesight!) so shorts are ideal for me. I'm sure I'll enjoy it!

Thanks for checking out FAG. It was a landmark book for me and a landmark of my life really. Pre-FAG I was gay in secret. Post-FAG I'm free :)

I've been fortunate in that my books have been well-received, especially the Maureens which are tremendous fun to write!

I actually work full-time as a pharmacist and write at weekends or in the evenings. So far I haven't done any offline promo although I intend for that to change when FAG is released in paperback. I want to spread the word as best I can and will be contacting a range of publications.

Nope, not a writer. Just a passionate reader and amateur reviewer. Links to the blogs I contribute to are on my profile page.

I'm currently living in Lowell, MA and working in Boston.

Nancy | 2838 comments Oh, my....{blushes}

I will never look at a sausage dog balloon the same way again.

Did the narrator have to change his pants after he was done reading?

Nancy | 2838 comments I see you've posted a link for another audio story. Is it read by the same narrator?

I'll wait until the company leaves before I check it out.

How do you pronounce Norceuil?
