I have been attempting for months to be added to the author's program and claim this book as my own, but for some reason I never receive any sort of response. I'm not sure who to contact about this issue, but I need to resolve it soon. Thank you!

The two ways to apply to be an author are from this link or by contacting goodreads directly by email: support at goodreads dot comIt's currently weekend and goodreads has office working hours so reponse may take some time.
Librarians have no ability to help with this issue.
I can suggest that you had no response due to the lack of publishing data on the book entry. Adding more details such as expected date of publishing and ISBN could be helpful.

It turns out yours was published a few years back but they probably didn't know due to the lack of info in the book page.

I want to mark all editions correctly. Was the kindle edition used to be published with the cover on this edition?
Currently the oldest edition is the default one. The default edition is the one that is shown on the series page and shows up during searches. See how to set up a default edition here.
Actually, the book was published yesterday-maybe there's another similar series out there? The cover you linked is an old cover I used when I was trying to set up the book, but I've since changed it to the one on the Amazon page. So the book "Depraved" was published 9/09/17 and the series is 'Fire and Ice'.
When did the book was first available for sale (with the previous cover)?Have you given it out as ARC (Advance reader copy)?

There was a specific note not to touch that edition. I was trying to report a bug to the Goodreads employees. The edition you created was already added here.
Oh. I'm sorry, that wasn't the one that came up under the page, so I wasn't sure. Thank you, I'll stay away from the other edition then.
It's fine. It's been edited so the issue is no longer visible. The questions now is, if that ebook is a duplicate of the kindle edition. Will you be selling the book outside Amazon?
