Hello friends! My name is Kelly J. McMullin. I'm new to the group and glad to be here. I'm a new author as of last fall and I just had my second book published. I'm a former Chicago Police Detective so hopefully my experience lends credibility to my writing. My two novels are crime/mystery/thrillers that follow Sam Kelly, the first female police chief in the fictional town of Cherokee Falls. My own experiences are interwoven within the books. Hello ladies and gents, I'm Lee from the UK.

I'm a relatively new author of, apparently, 'chillingly realistic' dark crime and psychological thrillers.

A bit about me. I've been a martial artist, fighter, British soldier and police officer for far too many years. I use many of my first-hand experiences as inspiration for my work and hope that they give readers a bit of that sometimes missing realism. My debut ebook, Lines of Justice: Aždaja, is the first in a darkly humorous series I'm working on (the second is due out later this year) and it's been getting some excellent reviews on here.

I don't mean this as a plug, just an introduction, so sorry if it comes across wrong.
