Series Enumeration

That's completely fine, but in that case you have created the series wrong.
You need to add the individual issues and call them books #1, '2, #3, #4 and #5. Those would be marked as main works. Than volume 1 becomes and omnibus and is called book #1-5. Currently your series is consisted only of omnibuses which means the numbering is wrong.
It's not about how you and I feel on the matter. It's about having consistency across the website and following policies.
It would be good if another librarian can give another opinion in case I am wrong.

Please don't delete comments and topics. These are used for future references by other librarians and serve as an archive to changes.
Some of us keep those bookmarked to refer or leave links to change comments and series notes.
Edit: I can see the numbering now follows the suggested numbering as per the manual: https://www.goodreads.com/series/7094...
"X-Force, Volume 1: Angels And Demons" should be #1.
IMO the content can be noted in the book description and/or librarian note saying "This volume collects issues #1-6". That could also be added in the series page description.
While your numbering is quite clear to understand, and I personally would have no issue if it is kept it may become confusing as that is not how other comix series are numbered. One of the goals is to have consistency across the whole website. But let's hear what other librarians would say.
Just a general note. When numbering a work with multiple issues that are non-consequent, commas can be very helpful: "book 12-13 17-20" would look better and will be easier to read on small screens if it is "book 12-13, 17-20"
