How have you liked the Naamah's trilogy? I really loved Phedre's trilogy and have heard this second one isn't as good so I've held off. I do however own the first of Imriel's trilogy (which I haven't read).

Actually, Imriel's first book is my favorite of the whole saga. :) I liked the other two in his well enough also. Moirin's trilogy is very different, taking place a few hundred years after Imriel's, which leaves me mostly sad that we've moved on. I really like Moirin, though, and the cultural influences are just as strong. I think it's just the fact that it's different that makes me not quite as excited about it. Worth reading, though. I'm still giving them 3.5 - 4 stars.

There are so many different ways to tackle this challenge that I'm starting with an experiment for one: I'm going to treat each format as its own separate challenge.

For example, I just listed out all of my unread Audible books and noticed I had a bunch more than I thought I did. Therefore, until I get my list pared down a bit, I'm going to do a mini Audible 2 for 1 challenge using the Book Buying Ban format. I'll be keeping track of it in its own comment box.

Wow that's a long list! I was looking at my kindle, making a collection for the ones I hadn't read yet, unfortunately there are a few that I have taken off my to-read list when I was going through it. This is the one challenge I don't feel nearly as bad off starting as everybody else. I only started at 41 and took 1 off already. That said given a lot of my other challenges I won't make headway on this for a while.

I listed my digital and audio titles because there weren't that many, but I don't think I have the energy to do my main collection either. You should totally do what I did and just list out 10-20 of your high priority titles and keep track of ones you read after starting the challenge. So much more manageable that way lol.

For some reason, even though my overflowing issues are clearly centered around my physical book collection, I feel compelled to be a stickler with the audible one because actually making headway with that goal seems attainable. It feels like I'm wrecking the one goal I actually had a hope of achieving lol.

Over the weekend I went through my collection and added a bunch of series I've been "saving for a rainy day" to a priority list for 2018. It's part of my strategy to focus on the best books first. I no longer wish to "save" the most compelling titles in favor of ones I'm just "meh" about. This is how I plan to tackle my collection - one awesome book at a time.
