SOLVED. Romance where heroine used to be obsessed with the hero as a kid and is a baker now [s]

I might be mixing in some odd plot points from other books but I think she used to be obsessed with him as a kid but he was older and dating other girls. She throws herself in front of his car and professes her love and her mom gets fed up and sends her away to live with her aunt. She comes back as an adult with a very successful wedding cake business. She has two sisters one is married and is crazy jealous and thinks her husband is cheating. The other sister is getting married and wants her to make this huge expensive cake for free.

The hero is running for mayor because he has to win to inherit his uncles fortune. He just wants to dismantle the company though. They run into each other again. The whole town talks about them because the heroines antics were famous back in the day and everyone always said that no one ever loved quite as hard as she did.

I've tried to google this every which way but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone help me?
