SOLVED. Book with pram on cover [s]

Would be very grateful for any help finding a book but it's a long shot - I only really know there was an old-fashioned pram on the cover, it came out in paperback in or around 2012, was included in Waterstones's 3for2 (so hopefully not very obscure) and was a thriller, likely a ghost story.

Again, would really appreciate help!

is a ghost story which came out in pb in 2012 but it doesn't look like it was published by the kind of publisher Waterstone's would stock.

Eden by Jamie McGuire. Published in 2012 and is the third book in a trilogy. The whole series is pretty good.
