Emma Sellers I really liked the first book, but the last two disappointed me. Some of the characters bugged me, and I just wasn't satisfied. I felt like Teresa should have been included more, and Thomas sometimes seemed cowardly, even though I think he was supposed to be brave.

However, I am looking forward to the movie. It was the reason I wanted to read the books.

Grace I loved all of them really! It's been one of my favourite book series for two years and I FREAKED OUT when the movie was announced xD.

Ilana i really enjoyed the first one, but i've been stuck on the 2nd one for AGES that i've had to take a pause with the series. i'll go back eventually i'm sure, especially since i'll want to re-read book 1 before the movie comes out. it should inspire me to continue on with the series.

I loved the first book, but I really didn't like the second and third one. The characters acted strangely and the storyline was sub-par, plus it wasn't really delivered well.

Kath I loved the first book, and like you said, hated the last two. TOM AND TERESA WERE MEANT TO BE TOGETHER! What was with the whole 'he has to feel betrayal' thing?!?!

YES!!! Thomas ended up being the betrayer. I feel like this series had potential, but the love triangle ruined it for me.

Sandra Hamland I really loved the first book, one of my absolute favorites actually. The second one was a bit disappointing, but i think the third one was great. I never really liked Theresa, so I was kinda glad she fell more out of the picture after a while.

Dramapuppy Yeah. I liked the first one because the puzzle and the mystery. Why are we in the maze and how do we get out? But the others didn't have that. Kind of like how the second two Hunger Games weren't as good because of the lack of major arena time.

Lorelei Same as u all

Kelly Brigid ♡ I loved all 3 books! Best dystopian trilogy ever! I'm currently reading The Death Cure; I forgot how great this book was! :D

Sophia This is one of my favorite series but the last 2 kind of disappointed me. Idk if that makes sense. I hated Brenda with a passion!!! So it annoyed me that there was a love triangle, but the plot still kept me really hooked and shocked. I agree with the people that say Thomas ended up being the betrayer. I hated how he just held a grudge for so long!

Bisera I'm about to finish The Scorch Trials and I think I'm liking it even better than The Maze Runner

Hope S I enjoyed the first book, I've read better book series but seen as I still liked the first I tried to carry on with the next, and I could not finish it. For me the worst thing about the whole book was Thomas, I found him to be the weakest and most boring two-dimensional character i've ever come across and certainly in this series. Definitely couldn't go onto the third.

Ria Memememeemme! I thought the first book was interesting, then read the second book and started losing interest. I haven't read the third book yet since I've no motivation to

Panagiotis ^^ same here Maria Kim.i still have to read the 3rd one because i find the second book a lot weaker in comparison with the 1st one...

Liz Yep! Really liked the first one, thought the second and third were interesting but they annoyed me and I didn't like the way the story continued.

Evelyn Scott The first one was awesome, but the last two...not so much. The characters and the situations were not clearly defined

Allison I didn't like the first 2 and loved the 3rd and prequel.

Ellie Medina I really liked the 1st one. The last couple weren't my favorite

Garima To be honest, this series wasn't my favorite. I thought it was creative idea, but at least one character in each of the books really got on my nerves and irritated me.

That being said I definitely liked the first book the most.

Nicole I liked all the books, but the first one was definitely my favorite.

Adamari I really liked all the books. So definitely all was awesome.

Jam I liked the first one and the 2cnd one but the third one was kind of slow.

Annies Shafira Asyarie I really like the first book, thrill and has twisted plot. But not the last 2 books. So absurd, boring(specially the 2nd one), and definitely not my type of book

A Reader Yep I agree with you. The first book was so good, I loved every second of reading it and couldn't wait to the read the rest. They got gradually less enjoyable for me. ST was alright DC was bad.

Andrew Watson I thought the first book was great, the second and third nowhere near that.

Andrew Sandra wrote: "I really loved the first book, one of my absolute favorites actually. The second one was a bit disappointing, but i think the third one was great. I never really liked Theresa, so I was kinda glad ..."

I totally agree!!!!!!

Cristina The first one is really great. With the other two, I enjoyed them while reading them, hoping that the ending of the series would have made everything work, but it didn't for me. I had the same feeling as when I watched Lost (the TV show).

Kelly Brigid ♡ @Ida There's an html you can add called a spoiler tag. Example: (view spoiler)

Sadly, yes :'(

Shawna Cañizares Well, I like the trilogy but I hate the prequel.

Megan LOVED the first book, but yet dissapointed in the other two. But not as much near dissapointed as I was with the prequel 'The Kill Order', I think it was because the same characters wernt in it. Dont get me wrong I didn't hate any of them, just wouldnt read them again
