So I got started on ALEX, APPROXIMATELY yesterday, but I'm reading a little slower than usual. I'm just 4 chapters in, but I'm really enjoying the relationship between Bailey and her dad, and am happy to see the beginnings of a good female friendship with her and Grace (fingers crossed). I also like the format, with the chats between Bailey & Alex between the chapters.

I really like their message between the chapters. We get to know about Alex and their cute relationship.

Bailey seems to be a cute, shy and clumsy girl so I can't wait to see what will happen to her.
Grace seems to be a funny friend and Porter the typical jerk and cute guy :)

I think it will be really funny to guess who is Alex with Bailey^^

Bailey and Porter are getting really closer when she learns his past and the museum thief. And I have to say that they are cute even if it was predictable :)

Ahhh, so I've *just* finished the book! I meant to check in sooner but I just kept reading instead. I have all the feels.

Until then, I'll say that I did love the pacing in this novel, and love watching Bailey grow as a person and a friend. It's definitely a romance-first book, but I really enjoy the female friendship and girl-power aspects of this book.

Well, I have to say that it was a good summer romance even if it was quite predictable :)

It took me a while to get in to, but once I got probably 30% or so in, it really picked up and I couldn't put it down. (view spoiler)[She and Porter seemed to have an unnecessarily antagonistic relationship early on that was hard to get past, and I also got a little bored with her hunting for Alex. I guess I just felt that it was obvious it was going to be Porter, so I wanted to skip over that already.

However, I did like seeing how the online conversations between Mink and Alex changed over time as her relationship developed with Porter. (hide spoiler)]
