Gesta Grayorum - Shakespeare related project

I came across the book linked above while doing another project. One of the authors seems to be an Inn near London, therefore I looked the book up in goodreads and there seem to be various hits with differing authors:

I tried to find out more about the book, but it seems it needs a little bit more digging as I did. I found a link to a description of the text: http://www.shakespearedocumented.org/...
but I was not able to find out the author to which it should be linked and all edition should be combined to.
