To particiapate just get Fast and Easy Five-Ingredient Recipes A Cookbook for Busy People by Philia Kelnhofer , choose a recipe and make it. Let us know what you made and what you (and anyone you shared it with) thought of it. We will have this book for 4 months so try more than one if you want. :)

So I picked this up last week and last night I tried it.
Ziti Pasta Bake pg 156-157
It wasn't bad, a little dry. My husband wasn't a fan of it being meatless. The kids and I liked it alright.
I think I'll make it again but add some hamburger or sausage and double the sauce.

Cheesy Garlic Bread pg 56-57
Although I didn't try this from the cookbook it's the exact same way I make garlic bread. It's really good and we all prefer it to store bought.
