Off my head, I loved Isabella and the Slipper
by Victorine Lieske set in a California high school. Also All's Fair in Love, War, and HIgh School
by Janette Rallison. For a book about teachers at a school, I adored Jennifer Peel's How to Get Over your Ex in 90 Days
. And one set at a college is Legally Wedded by Jennifer Griffeth

That's a tough question for me. I like books that take me to a new place or time, so I usually avoid books set in high schools or in singles wards, because I've been there before and don't have much of a desire to return. But here are some books that I enjoyed that take place in schools:
Mustaches for Maddie (elementary school)
The Wrong Side of Magic (most of the book takes place in a fantasy world, but there are a few scenes at a contemporary school, middle school or jr. high, I think)
Rearview Mirror (the heroine and her romantic interest are college professors)
Ghostsitter (elementary school)
Fool Me Twice &
Played for a Fool (college)
