How does the Chinese proverb "An invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet regardless of time, place or circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle but will never break." connect the story of Laura and Maurice in "An Invisible Thread"? Is it fitting to tied Laura's memories of her friendship with Maurice together?
