I've read Black Cathedral and really liked it. My co-host at www.scifiandscary.com read The Haunted Forest Tour and really liked it. I haven't finished it but what i've read of it I really enjoyed.

A House at the Bottom of a Lake would be good if you are interested in romance set in and around an unusual haunted house. The ending is a bit ambiguous, though, so be prepared to sort things out yourself.

I've read Lovecraft Country. The pov of a black sci-fi nerd living in the racist America of the 50ies makes it quite an interesting and ambitious read, but horror fans go rather short with the book.

I haven't read any but The Haunted Forest Tour is on my wish list. I really like James A Moor.

Thank you everyone who has given input! Two of these will be taken off of my wish list, and two I have borrowed through Kindle Unlimited. I think I might get The Neighbors now too.
