Books with no ISBN and little edition info

Welcome, Charlotte!
If an edition has no discerning information (cover, ISBN or ASIN, publisher), it is OK to merge it with another, more complete edition with the same title, or in this case, edit it to add the information in your own edition.
If other people have a different edition from yours, they should either add an edition with the relevant information or ask here to have an existing "empty" edition edited.

Title - SriBhagwat Sudha Sagar
Editor - Sri Hanuman Prasad Poddar
Publisher - Geeta Press
I can provide the cover image and other details if required.
I've come across a number of books which have no ISBN and not enough information to determine that the page can refer to one, and only one, edition. For example, the Swedish edition of Maeve Binchy's "The Copper Beech" has a title, author's name, edition language and not much else.
I was wondering what to do with these - if all the information there is is the same as for "my" edition, am I allowed to "claim" that page for the edition I have in my hand, adding ISBN, number of pages and so on, or should I make a new (more complete) page for that and combine it with the first, leaving the original page as an option for all those who have a different edition?
