SOLVED. Please help. Looking for a Romance book set in a small town. Heroine is trying to get her father freed from prison after he was framed for killing her mum. [s]

The book is the third in the series. The first two books centres on a set of siblings, the third is about a close family friend who in the first books was going out with their sister. However the sister isn't interested in a serious relationship, so the guy eventually moves on. The heroine of the story is originally from the same town, her father has gone to prison for killing her mum but she is certain that he has been framed. Her brother and sister still lives with her maternal grandparents who she has a very difficult relationship with, because they do not believe that he is innocent. The heroine has become a lawyer and now works for the father of the siblings from the previous books. She is looking into her mothers murder when someone starts to target her. The book was published in the last couple of years. Thank you for any help that you can offer.
