How to maintain author profile.
1. Only writes in native language
2. Writes/Translated to other language also(Work published in native language and some other language)

1. If an author only publishes in his/her native language, only the native name should be used.

2. If an author also publishes in a "Western" language (English usually), the name as it appears on the English covers should be used as primary author name on all editions of all his/her works (also the ones that have not been translated). The name as it appears on other covers should be added as secondary author name.

In this case, there are some books published in English, but it is not clear to me what the correct English version of his name is.
