Stella USA addresses only please! I have three books to send to one or more interested readers. FIrst, I have a Goodreads giveaway uncorrected proof of A Girl's Guide to Joining the Resistance https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... (arrived with a bent corner like something heavy was set on it but otherwise good condition). Second, I have a like new copy of The Alchemist https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... And finally a library discard of Fahrenheit 451 https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... -- readable but some damage to the cover and staining of pages. Again, USA residents only, please. Sorry, but international shipping could buy multiple books!

that's great

Stella Quick question, if anyone knows: What is the best way to ship internationally? I tried it USPS and it cost more than the book to ship it the cheapest way, with no insurance or delivery confirmation. I was on pins and needles until receiving a message that the book arrived okay. Is it easier shipping between European countries? Or is there a way to ship from USA to Europe without it costing so much?

Xiomara Olivares (cupcake22) | 11 comments hey my name is Xiomara
Into the Forest

13 year old Jackie sat in bed braiding her long wavy hair. She stood up and opened her window to admire the crescent moon. Her eyes that were black as coal saw a beautiful owl she was very surprised and fell back.
“Hoot Hoot!” cried the owl
“Some one help me please,”screamed a female voice between sobs.
“Shut up,” answered another voice!
Jackie opened her eyes and saw that she was in a creepy, dark, and odd looking forest, a full moon hung from the sky and that was the only light. Jackie was confused because she could have sworn there was a full moon. Jackie heard more screams and tried to move. Jackie looked across the darkness and saw a body. It was stabbed and was left on the floor. Jackie noticed that the body had a scar on her stomach.
Jackie opened her eyes and noticed she was in her bedroom again.
“Jackie,Jackie, are you alright what was that noise did you fall,” asked her mother.
“Yes mom I just fell but i'm fine, I think I had a bad dream. I’m going to go back tp sleep. Good night,” answered Jackie.

Jackie sat on her bed scared she didn't know what had just happened. She tried to convince herself it was just her imagination or that she had somehow fallen asleep and it was just a dream. Every night Jackie kept seeing the scene over and over until one day she decided she would tell her parents even if they made her go to therapy.

It was a warm, sunny Sunday morning, the birds were chirping. Jackie’s mom could be heard talking and dad was cooking breakfast. Jackie couldn’t take it anymore, she had to tell someone. Finally decided to tell mom and dad what she had seen. She didn’t tell her parents right away because she was afraid that her parents would laugh at her.
Jackie said, “Mom and dad I have been seeing things and I don’t know if this was a dream or not.”
“OK sweety tell us,” Jackie’s mom replied.
Jackie said, “Well I was in a forest when I heard a sound and I found a body, I don’t know if it’s dead?”
Mom and dad were surprised about what she had seen. Then, her dad said, "Do you at least know who the body was?"
Jackie was frustrated because she was not able to identify who that body was. Mom did not believe Jackie. A few seconds later mom said, "Oh honey, the only reason you have this kind of dreams is that you, missy, watch way too many horror movies. There is nothing you should worry about, OK?”
Jackie was not very happy with the comment her mom made. Jackie said in a sarcastic voice, "OK mom if you say so.”
“Come on, cheer up your dad cooked your favorite breakfast," Mom added.

Later that day, around 3:00, Jackie invited her friends to come and hang out by the pool. That's when Jackie saw her friend Evie. Evie is a 14-year-old, with light skin, she has light brown eyes, and she has long and straight multi color hair. Jackie and Evie we're talking,“So what type of dog do you want to get?” Evie asked.
Jackie said, “I don’t know.”
Evie noticed that Jackie was very distracted. “Are you ok you seem a little off?” Evie asked.
Jackie replied, “Um, what, oh I’m fine.”
“I’m going to go put on my swimsuit.” Evie said.
Jackie answered, “OK.”
Meanwhile, as Jackie was waiting for Evie, Jackie had a flashback about the vision. When Evie came back, Jackie notice a familiar looking mark on Evie’s stomach. Jackie was in the pool with Evie and her friends. Finally, the fun had to stop because it was very late and the girls had school the next day.

That night, there was a beautiful crescent moon. As Jackie braided her hair she kept trying to remember where she had seen the mark on Evie’s stomach. Jackie kept pacing, saying “Where have I seen those marks, where, where?”
Then, it hit Jackie!
She exclaimed, “The marks! The marks are from my vision, that’s where I saw them! It must mean Evie was the body I saw! I have to warn Evie!”
Jackie ran to go get her phone, and she tripped over a pair shoes, Jackie looked at the shoes, They were Evie’s . Jackie was so confused, so she decided to call Evie’s house, but no one answered. She was struck with terror. Jackie was shaking. Jackie called Evie.
“Hello” said Evie.
“Ah E- eevie whe where are YOU!!!” Jackie stuttered.
“My family and I are going to a forest. It looks very creepy and dark. Oh there is also a full moon,” Evie said in a very happy voice.
It was then that Jackie knew! Everything was the same as her dreams!
Evie was the girl that died and she was going to die today if Jackie didn't stop it. Jackie grabbed her phone and ran down stairs
“Mom dad she going to die,” Jackie screamed!
“Who is going to die?” her dad questioned,
“Evie, Evie is going to die like I saw it, Mom we need to help her!”
“Jackie you need to see a doctor calm down!” her mother said sternly but Jackie ran out the door hoping to get there on time.
“Hoot,Hoot,” cried the owl.
She remembered that hooting. Jackie said “I hope I make it in time”
As she ran towards the forest.
