I (finally) completed and than both of my pairs within two days - and as usual I read other books than originally planned - for both :-)

LA: Later Gator by Jana Deleon 3* 8/27 - this was the first book in this series I didn't thoroughly enjoy :-(
RO: Rose Gardner Mystery Box Set by Denise Grover Swank 4.5* 8/29 (2x5* & 2x4*) - after I was able get past the paranormal elements I started to enjoy this series very much :-) I'm almost finished with the second box by now but the single books are way to expensive to get them so it will take some time to continue the series :-(

I take both pairs - I hope to read That Bear Ate My Pants! for TH (and I hope it will be as fun as the blurb indicates) and BI helped me to decided what to read after my current book - I need some books with hat(s) on cover so I'll contine the Someone Else's Fairytale series the second next book (both have a hat on cover) is The Hunt for the Big Bad Wolf - the first book in series was unexpectedly great and so I'm looking forward to continue it.

In answer to your question, no, you don't need to wait until you finish the last one to take the next one. I usually have a list going for this challenge that has three or four books on it, although I don't usually let it get much longer than that-- I chip away!
