SOLVED. Gay Romance book, futuristic sci-fi, one of the main characters is a bounty hunter assigned to transport a prisoner when he discovered that the prisoner is his mate. [s]

This book takes place in a futuristic sci fi world where space travel is possible. One of the main characters is a bounty hunter assigned to transport a prisoner when he discovered that the prisoner is his mate. I'm pretty sure the reason why the prisoner was being transported in the first place was that he saw the death of his friend which was tied to a high ranking politician.

The bounty hunter is someone who belongs to a family that owns a planet? not sure. There are some werewolf elements like a claiming bite.

NOT in the same novel but in the same series to help find the book.

One of the brothers discovers his mate disguised as a female due to his world planet having VERY matriarchal society
The other brother finds his mate who is an omega from his planet?
there are other brothers (I think) but I don't really remember the details
