I also can see follow author on your profile.

You are more likely to get staff help (most librarians are volunteers) on the GR author group https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/... or better still support AT goodreads DOT com :)

This is not a Librarians Group issue, but one for the Author Feedback Group. Or you may wish to use the Contact Us link on the Help page. Librarians can help with issues pertaining to specific book records or most related issues, but have no control over general site functionality or author issues outside of fixing book or author listings on Goodreads itself.
