ABANDONED. Demons creating the world

Hi! Im trying to find a book that i read when i was 11, im now 16 and have been looking ever since I misplaced it. It was my dads book that he lent me to read. I have no idea what it was called and neither does he. The author's name seemed foreign, the book was roughly 600 pages long with an orange cover and a red demon figure on it. It had characters called TeeHee and Sepun in it. Please help me find the title of the book as it was honestly such a good book. Hopefully somebody can help, Thanks x

The story describes the world being created but with demons in it but they are a sort of god? My dad bought it from a charity shop so no clue. It seemed up to date.
