According to Worldcat the book identified by the ISBN13 9780345467508 (published in 2004 by Ballantine Books, Hardcover edition) has 388 pages:

Speaking of page count... I did not know that it was up to the author to provide it. I got the first batch of my new paperback version of my book in the mail yesterday and no pages. I called Create Space support since it is through them I brought out my book in paperback and they said it is the author who has to do it. So I opened my manuscript from the Word document I have it in and found where I can add pages! So future copies should have page numbers! I hope you (original person who posted on this topic) do not mind me using my own experiences with page count on here! I am a new author and still learning A LOT!
