She sighs, "fine." She'd rather be alone, but figured Jason wouldn't listen ether way.

Jason nodded and got in the car and buckled up.

Cindy pulled out of the driveway and drove in silence, mentally scolding herself for yelling at Liam.

"Are you okay?" Jason asked after awhile.

"Hmm?" She glanced at him and shrugged, "I'm fine."

Cindy frowned, "what makes you assume that?"

"Cause you never yell at Cyrus and Liam."

She pressed her lips together, "I'm just stressed from work," she states.

"All you do is talk to people." he said not seeing why.

"It's not as easy as you think, Jason," she shakes her head slightly.

"How not?"

"I have to keep everything to myself; even if one of my patents is a murderer. Some of the people I come across are dangerous."

"Maybe that's your people that you claim its my problem." he shrugged, "You keep everything to yourself."

"Still you have people who actually care about you and your treating them like dirt." he glared at her.

Cindy frowned, "I am not."

"And I guess you would know all about that," she snapped violently. She had been in a bit of a bad mood since this morning when he kept nagging her.

"I know what it looks like when someone actually cares about you but somehow dont."

Cindy scrunched her nose, done with the conversation.

"So is every other person in this stupid city."

He frowned, "I thought you were better than my mother."

Cindy frowned and pulled over, looking at Jason sadly, "I am..."

Jason crossed his arms, "No your not! Your selffish and don't care about your kids and you refuse to get help. how doesn't that not make you like her?"

Cindy looked his face over, "I do care about my kids..." She blinked back tears that formed in her dulled blue eyes.

"How? What did Liam even do that made you snap at him?"

[Elizabeth, Creator ^~^]

She sat back in her seat and closed her eyes, "he wouldn't eat just because I wasn't eating with him. When I was his age; if we didn't eat all our meal, then we wouldn't be fed for two days." She sighed, "I just got frustrated."

"Why didn't you just eat with him?"

[Elizabeth, Creator ^~^]

"Because I wasn't hungry," she said simply.

"You didn't eat at breakfast or lunch." he pointed out.

"Maybe I normally do have lunch but j didn't have time to today. And maybe I already ate dinner tonight," she defended herself.

"Why do you keep saying maybe?"

Cindy hesitated, "because?"

"because your lying?"

"Yah," she whispered with a nod.

She shrugged, "I don't know."

Jason nodded and stayed quiet.

Jason got out the car when she pulled back into the driveway but didn't go back into her house.

Cindy got out too and sighed. She looked at the house.

Cindy looked at Jason, "are you staying here tonight?"

He shook his head, he didn't want to stay with someone that acted liek Sarah then there would have been no point of him running away.

She frowned, "oh, okay. Do you want Neto drive you home then?" She offered.

"I'm not going home."
