Cindy waved, feeling a bit awkward, "hi, I'm Cindy," she extended her hand. She only new Connor.
Isabelle looked at the woman with the short hair and waved. She had seen pictures of her Aunt Phoebe and Uncle Bean's place.
Jason kept his head down.
Jason kept his head down.
Cindy bit her lip and knelt in front of both kids, "hi guys." Her voice was soft, thank goodness she covered how to talk to kids in therapy already.
"It's nice to meet you both," she nodded then focused on Isabelle, "is there a place I can talk to you two in privet?" She wasn't going to work on Jason just yet, he had to trust her first.
Isabelle hopped on to her bed and sat down. While Jason sat on the floor in front of her bed and pulled his knees to his chest.
Cindy pulled up a small child chair and sat in it, "I'm just going to ask you two some simple questions, okay?"
She took out a pad and pen, "you both understand that everything we talk about will not be spoken about outside this group and or room?"
Cindy nodded, "very. I am legally not aloud to speak about anything we say in here without your permission, or I can he sent to jail. No matter what you say, your parents will not find out."
She watched them for a moment, "if you ever want to look at my notes, just ask, alright?" She clicked her pen, "can I have both your full names and birth dates?"
Cindy nods and looks at Isabelle, "do you have anything you like to be called? Or is Isabelle fine?"
Cindy nodded, "alright, izzy, Jason, can you tell me what your relationship with your parents is like? If you'd like to skip a question, just say so." She smiled at Isabelle, "would you like to go first?"
Cindy smiled, "that's nice," she nodded then looked at Jason, "how about you? What's your relation ship with your father?"
