Firefly is one of the best TV series ever! And the movie Serenity too! It's on Netflix, I always encourage people to watch it. Give it a try!
Firefly is on my DVD shelf... really have to get to it.
The more I reflect on it, the more I think my love of Firefly helped boost my score. Kizzy was very much like a Firefly character with her engineering genius but also wide-eyed innocence. I saw on the other thread the one aspect that I found super weird, you did too. Did you see that the second book features Lovey? The blurb says that the second book is really a stand alone installment so I wonder if there is much about the crew at all. Not sure I want to read a whole book about Lovey....

I plan on reading this as it meets an 8 word title requirement eleswhere, but no time for the audio. I've never seen Firefly (never heard of it until this month's shelf/tag). I'm glad people here like it, and hope I do as well!
This book was good entertainment. Audio was well-done, story was fun, characters were unique. Some seemed more like caricatures instead of characters, and that bugged me a bit (Kizzy?)
I enjoyed it, and will do the sequel.
