My name is Ashley and I live in North Dakota in the United States. I like to read psychological thrillers, crime novels, mysteries, historical fiction, memoirs, and Stephen King. I’m glad to be a part of this club. Because I rely on my public library and community book sales for my reading material, I may not always be able to keep up with discussions, but I am glad to have a new place to help me add to my reading list and to join in when possible!

I tend to post book reviews on my Instagram @jasbeingjas or on Pinterest (Jazz Kaur). I don’t have a blog as I typically enjoy media where I can discuss with others, rather than just write my own take.
Can’t wait to discuss this next book with you all!

My name is Dawn and although I’m American born and bred, I live in Ottawa Ontario Canada with my amazing boyfriend and beautiful daughter! Books are my life. My love of reading started at a VERY young age and has only grown into an obsession. I hope to one day write my own book 📖 ❤️ For now I enjoy YA and Fantasy but I’m open to reading anything really from memoirs to Sci-fi. I’m so excited to be part of this amazing group and can’t wait to meet some amazing people along the way!

I’m Victoria and I am from Liverpool, UK. I enjoy reading anything and everything. I’m looking forward to being part of the group :)

I'm Rekha Krishnan from Mumbai, India.
I love reading both fiction and non-fiction, focused on life lessons, biographical stories, subtle energies and philosophy, psychology.
I am looking for new and interesting books which may not be part of bestseller lists or awards.
I am really excited and happy to be part of this group.

I mostly read YA series, particularly fantasy and dystopia. I’m very excited to join this group! I’ve followed the book fairies on Instagram for a few years and wanted to get more involved!

My name is Emmanuelle and I live on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
I give credit to the book Bid Time Return by that I read when I was around the age of 12 (wow, that was 40 years ago) that introduced me to was reading really was. Sure, I could read but I had never become a character in a book before. I think we as bookworms can all remember that first read, that first connection and that first feeling of so-this-is-what-it-means-to-read book. I have reread this novel many times over the years and it is now safely tucked away, wrapped in velvet and placed in my will even. This book even traveled all the way to Lebanon and back where I had sent it to my best friend who had moved away for her to read (unfortunately it was mailed back, post marked ‘unable to deliver due to war’.
This love of books carried through to when I had my two kids and reading to them since birth. Not only did they both grow up to be readers themselves but they both married bookworms as well. Now being a Grandma of 5, each year for Christmas we gift my grandchildren with advent calendars but not of the chocolate variety. Each child gets to open one book for the 24 days leading up December 25th, yes, that’s 120 books but to me there is no greater gift I can give them then the love of reading.
My personal favourite author is Diana Gabaldon, favourite genre is historical romance and I collect any books faerie related.
I look forward to stepping out of my comfort zone and reading books that I probably would never have known existed. You’re never too young or too old to fall in love, have adventures, travel to exotic places, meet new characters and to feel the sense of accomplishment when you turn the last page of that last chapter.
Emmanuelle

I love to read detective, fantasy adventure, classics, murder mystery, horror and history anything that I like the sound of I’ve been a book fairy from 2018 and I love it thanks xoxo

I love reading, and I love talking about things I read.
In my spare time i run a bookcircel that meet up every second week and talk about books that combines LGBT+ and fantastic theme (such as fantasy, sci-fi, horror etc), I´m also co-running a fantasy bokcircel for teenagers, (that´s a new thing, but so far so good). I do not only read fantastic-books, but have a wide range of litteratur that I like, basically I read everything exept crime-novels.
Live long and prosper!

My name is Jo and I’ve just got my first book from the Book Fairy! She very kindly sent me The Conviction of Cora Burns by Carolyn Kirby. I’m sure that when I’m finished, she’ll pass it to someone else 🧚♀️🧚♀️🧚♀️

Thanks!
Hello Bookfairies ! I’m a real fan of your international movement ! I live actually near Paris, in Saint-Leu-La-Forêt, I’m trying to “Save The World” my way, being an entrepreneur 🙈 I like to speak about anything, I read most of the time these last years books around political subject, biographies of politicians, historical etc But I really love every kind of book, from the book of which you are the hero, to the most annoying novel, to the scientific topic thesis books from steven hawking for example...
I never had the privilege to find a book yet, but may be one day, anyway I will continue to follow the lead on the gram !!

I am Esther and I live in the Hebrides, Scotland, although originally I am from Spain.
I love reading but since I started the huge adventure of being mum, six years ago, my readings have been reduced.
I like to read in any of the languages I speak, and my favorite subjects are historic fiction and romantic comedy, but I read almostvany thing that falls in my hands and calls my attention.
I still haven’t found any book from book fairies but I love this.
Thank you for letting me be part of this lovely book club

Hello Victoria!!! So funny that you've found two! Which titles were they? They might have been left by me haha :)
Hi Cordelia!! I'm so lucky to have found two!! I love books and on on each occasion it has literally made my week!!!
The first was 'Awakened' by James S Murray - a really fun read! (I found it on a bench around Chelsea Harbour last summer and left it in Battersea Park for another lucky reader to find).
The second was 'Murder Under a Green Sea' by Phillip Hunter - I haven't started it yet as I've got too many other books on the go, but I'm really looking forward to it! (it was actually my husband who spotted it about a month or so ago near Chelsea football club!)

I’m Vicks, I live in beautiful Mid Wales!
I’ve been following the group on Instagram for a while, I’ve enjoyed reading some of the books!
I love fiction - I studied English and American Lit at university. So I enjoy books with a bit of social commentary and like most genres! Not too keen on thrillers though!
Currently reading “All our wrong today’s” by Elan Mastai.
Looking forward to reading more through this group!
Thanks x

I can’t wait for our 4th birthday when we’re each wrapping up a book, writing the genre on it and playing pass the parcel so we each end up with a gift. It was great when we did it at Christmas.
I love historical fiction but I also love reading as many of the current bookchart as I can squeeze in with a 2 year old, and her little brother arriving very soon. I loved To Kill A Mocking Bird, Memoirs Of A Geisha, The Tattooist Of Auschwitz, Captain Corelli’s Mandolin... to name a few.

I live in Cardiff in Wales and enjoy reading horror, thrillers, sci-fi, fantasy and historical fiction books.

My name is Kierstin, and I’m from the US (Midwest region). I read pretty much anything, especially if it is a book that was recommended to me personally or a “big read” such as a New York Times Bestseller or a classic. I’m currently a graduate student, so I do not have a lot of time to read for enjoyment, but I when do, you’ll likely find me having a cup of tea or glass of wine to accompany the book. Can’t wait to join in on the book discussions and to receive more recommendations to add to my ever growing to-read list!

My name is Geena and I’m so excited to be a part of this! I’ve been looking for an active book club for years! I’m from Canada and I like to read pretty much everything. I can go from young adult fiction to romance to historical fiction. My all time favourite book at the time is a tie between “A Gentleman’s Guide to Bice and Virtue” by Mackenzi Lee and “The Girl You Left Behind” by Jojo Moyes.
I can’t wait to be a part of this!
