If it's okay with you, I have a few ideas for the group;I think that when someone make a character, a mod should approve it. And would it be okay if I added a few places to Hogsmeade??
But it is an advanced RP, so they should have a certain amount of history or personality on their character templates. I also think that you should make separate topics for the character making, like Male Character Creation and Female Character Creation. It would make the group seem a bit more organized.
I can do thy for you, if you want. I have experience with other advanced groups. I also think that we should make a separate topic do the character template and add a few things.
Hey can we create some classrooms, like defense of the dark arts, transfiguration etc. I could make the folders and topics for you. Also, for the template should you send a message out, and then make a new topic for people to make their characters, but keep the old one for similar answers towards the template?
For the character creation, can I be in charge of that? I can put up the new character template and adjust the topics. I can also send out the message.

I finished the rules topic. If you guys want me to add or change anything, just tell me.
I'm going to send out a group letter about the changes, if that's okay with you guys. And another question; should we have people make a posting order? Like if more than two people are roleplaying at a time, they should say what order each person should post in.
And copy and paste your old characters to the new topics :P
