I have the same problem. If I try "Evelyn Marsh", I don't this one: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...or keyword "igazság" / "édeskeserű", this one (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) isn't among the results, and I can find Evelyn Marsh's books only via ISBN (just like J.M.).
Any idea what happened?
So bizarre. Now THE FORTY FIRST WINK works fine, but another of our titles, DEVOURER OF SOULS, isn't keyword searchable. If you try searching by title, nothing comes up.https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
I see Devourer of Souls was added in May, so it should be showing up. (it is now, after I have wrote the above)For these type of problems the feedback group will be more helpful.

Thanks Deon, the only problem that now it is her only book that is searchable among the 22 of hers, and you cannot find her by her name, either.
I looked at this feedback thing but I couldn't find a related topic. Should I start a new one?
Gillzella, yes, start a new thread. Often when one tags on to an existing thread it can get overlooked anyway.
OK, I waited and waited... but nothing happened.I don't know how you could make (or do?) searchable "Édeskeserű igazság" but you did.
Please do something because I started a new thread in feedback group but nothing has changed. Hungarian author Evelyn Marsh (https://www.goodreads.com/author/show... isn't searchable by name using the searhbox above, and neither of her books are (except "Édeskeserű igazáság" of course, which you made searchable).
I would like to cointinue adding her books but if they cannot be found why?

It's me again. My friend said that she couldn't find Az arany cimbalom by Katalin Baráth. She filled in the book page thing and when wanted to save it said already existing ISBN.So this Katalin Baráth book isn't searchable, too.

It sounds like your friend was trying to add the book manually to the database, and then she got an error message because an edition with that ISBN was already here. Regardless of the author/title bug that occasionally pops up, searching by ISBN ALWAYS works. Don't ask me why, I'm not a developer :P
I searched myself the book title before I made my post. I wrote the title and the author's name, too (not at the same time of course) in the searchbox on the top of the page, and I couldn't find the book. When I looked at the author page it was there but still it wasn't searchable. I wrote my post about it and after a while I came back, checked and the book title was already searchable. I thought the error had been corrected.
As for me, I never start adding a book without checking the ISBN but as I mentioned before Hungarian books had no ISBN before 1973, so...
