SOLVED. Female Vampire that faints at the sight of blood. [s]

I kept coming across this book and meant to add it to my TBR list but never did, now i can't for the life of me remember the name of the book

It's about a female vampire, (may be a queen but not sure) that is attracted to a male human, he might be her mate but she has to taste his blood to be sure, problem is she faints at the sight of blood.

Not much to go on i know but its what i can remember from the synopsis
