Okay I remember some of the characters- Sharon, Joshua Morrow, Carl, John, and maybe Jordan. These are the bits and pieces I remember. I read this several years ago in paperback. It's one of those books with multiple plot lines that lead to a big event.
The story has the characters meet at their class reunion and they chat about the past as they really didn't know each other that well in school. . Sharon broke up with her boyfriend because he cheated on her and the "bad" boy Joshua Morrow rides up on his motorcycle and they ride off. I want to say the break up happened at school in front of everyone. One of the girls, maybe her name was Jordan was really smart in math and solved a really difficult math problem, but one of her professors took credit for it. and She didn't have the best reputation, bad home life etc. no one believed her, except the preacher John who she knew from school. The other girl I cannot remember her name, but her boyfriend was Carl, they were friends for a long time and then he took a job in Alaska. She thought they were going to end up dating, but he chose the job over her. It ends with the girls telling what happened to them with their boyfriends. I know this is random, but it's all I remember. Thanks

Hanna, Did you check out my suggestion? Is it possible you have mixed up the character names? There is a Josh Morrow with a motorcycle. Someone with a job offer in Alaska. A preacher's son and a girl strong in mathematics involved with a professor. The three girlfriends get together at their college reunion.
