Andrew Finazzo (johnyqd) | 343 comments I haven't read much true crime, only a few big hitters like Helter Skelter: The True Story of the Manson Murders (at too young an age by a decade) and In Cold Blood (amazing).

I think the cover is exceptionally well composed.

I've actually got almost no preconceptions about this novel. I hope it moves at a brisk pace and has an interesting story to tell!

Michelle Finazzo | 281 comments I am looking forward to a change of pace from our fantastical, very involved, mega-read 1Q84. I have only read a couple of true crime books, so I am quite excited about the July selection.

I really like the cover. The gray of the sky in contrast to the bright yellow garb is fantastic. The title also piques my interest, particularly "An Unsolved American Mystery"!
