Okay. I'm not sure how I got involved with this list. I was thinking it's a readers' challenge but after exploring the messages, I see that this is a group of reviewers. I like to read, but I don't do reviews as a general rule. Early on when I joined Goodreads numerous years ago, I did do a few but I don't do them anymore. I just list the books I've read. So sorry to have crashed your party.

I read probably about 10-20 books a month, depending on length and how busy I am. ;)

Merrillee, I agree with the others. You didn't crash the party at all! I did my first team challenge earlier this year and love them. I've been enjoying the experience immensely and know you'll make a great addition to one of our teams!

I would love to have you in a team, Merrillee, if you want to. If you decide not to since you are not into writing a short review in order for them to verify that you probably read the book, then that is okay too.

It is a reading challenge. All you have to do is read a book for a task and then when you've finished, post in the team's review thread with either a link to your review on GR or the text of the review (review needs to be only a sentence at minimum). There will be an example post in the thread. It's really simple and yet I feel like I've done a bad job at explaining. Please let me know if you have any questions. :))

Melanie, is it possible to have the final day of each round announced as "11:59 p.m. PST of [date]" to cut down on the confusion? It seems like several of us assumed the date given allowed us that full day to finish our books. Thanks for considering this.
