Overall I loved this one. Cork appeared to be finding some work /life balance at last and it was nice to hear so much about Henry's back story. One of my favourites so far in the series.

Ditto, Phrynne. I loved this story, especially Henry's backstory. That was special. Now, if only Trinky had lived.

My favourite book in the series so far. Once I start reading them, I can't seem to put them down. Like you guys, I felt like Cork was finally in a good place and happier in what he is doing. I loved learning more about Henry and his past.

This was the most content I've seen him since the beginning of the series.

Isn't it odd that Cork seems so content, yet we sense how his attitude to violence is changing.

It's definitely a conflict with his new zen state.
