Jessup had around the clock surveillance from the moment he was released until he escaped. Did you ever suspect he was aware of them and sometimes eluding them at any time?

I kept wondering if he knew he was being tailed and that was the reason for going out at night and sitting in a park. He thought he just wanted to lead them around until they got bored.
